Seeing the
pictures before and after, it’s seem two faces of different persons. We didn't
even recognize the girl at first. What happened? People give explain that she
just lose a lot of weight; however, we don’t recognize her
body have change about weight . There is no way you can change from
having a round face to heart shaped from "just losing weight." Because
the weight losing can change the appearance of the face but not change the bone
structure.
There is another
question: Even if Palin has had suregery, should we bothered by it? It’s her
face and her body, and clearly she can treat it however she chooses. bristol palin before and after

I think it's obvious she changed her look and this is definitely the result of a surgery.

People that didn't had any similar surgery won't understand its role. I was part of this category until I went to Edelstein Cosmetic for a nose reshaping surgery. When I saw how they work and how they treat all patients I realized plastic surgery is really designed to make us more beautiful.
